As for size, spincast reels are generally small and intended for freshwater or light-duty saltwater fishing with model number sizing differing by manufacturer, but larger numbers indicate larger size reels

We were fishing wood and grass mats and with only 30 yards of line one might think it would not cast well but we were able to cast the F700 when we needed without reservation
