Decent condition - it is definitely showing its age though

There is a small slit in the side which I believe may have been a sort of dispenser hole for the band material. I think this would have contained a roll of flat or round wire stock material and you would cut to a specific length in order to clamp a hose. Decent condition with paint(?) residue inside.
