The pouch is marked Kurt Schurig Chemnitz. The stitching on the pouch is coming loose and should be restitched. The blue inside of the pouch shows some wear and the pieces show signs of use discoloration. This set is most likely wartime or pre war as Solingen is in the West and Chemnitz is in the East.
