Pre War Lepi 2 Ring Binder 1936 women's It does have a fewOriginal Lepi two ring binder. The label has a hand written date of 1936. It was apparently used for collecting some very typical German things; receipts, taxes, and insurance. The binder still has the little pressure plate to clamp down the papers. All around an unusual design for one of these binders. It has some wear and damage, but is still pretty nice.
