This is a decent, lightly used boot puller. This style is one of the more recognized and sought after, although there was a massive variety made during the war. This one folds up to fit inside a tornister. It seems to not fold up as completely as it should as the sliding metal loop is also supposed to be able to slide over the folded in arms, but the arms stick out a bit too
