8mm wide x 2mm tall band with 9 diamonds

sheet and wires to create my design and then place these granules with a 000 paint brush into the pattern and then carefully heat the piece using a mouth torch to the point of fusing

and used that wax to create a Sterling Silver version of these granulated settings with lost wax casting

These are created using the ancient process of Granulation

In this case 7mm wide by 3mm thick

I then made a mold of it and injected the mold with wax and used that wax to create a Sterling Silver version of these granulated settings with lost wax casting. Whew! These beauties have lovely purple 3. 5 mm amethyst cabochons bezel set in each setting. Made with a sterling post and ear nut. These are solid sterling and have a nice weight. Classy and understated.
