MEASUREMENTS (approximate): Waist 31 1 2" 32" Hips 43" 44" Length size 20 S: 29 1 2" Length size 20 L: 34" 36" We were lucky enough to find some deadstock unissued WAVES skirts. We have several of each size available. About half have labels and half do not. Some have a bit of dirt or storage wear (nothing than couldn't be fixed with a visit to the dry cleaner). They are all dark blue
