The bowl is beautifully decorated in their “Montrose” pattern which is a rare hand finished floral patterning set into a cobalt blue border with gold scroll work

A silver plated creamer with a broader base narrowing towards the rim somewhat resembling the classic tankard of the time

CONDITION: The tea pot has a chip on the inside of the rim (please see picture)

all three manufactured under the Regency Bone China trade name between the 1950’s and 1960’s

The name Altrohlau came from the Austrian town which was located in present day Stara Role near Karlovy Vary in Czechoslovakia. In 1823 the firm was acquired by August Novotny & Co and after 1836 the factory began to manufacture porcelain. In 1884 the company was sold to Moritz Zdekauer from Prague.
