Ouzo is produced by distilling pure alcohol with anise and various herbs such as fennel, coriander and mastic, which gives it its distinctive taste. Ouzo Nectar Pilavas is produced according to a secret family recipe from the 1940s by Nikos Pilavos and is characterized by the
