This is a narrow 3 rim band cast from a wax carving turned on a lathe and then cast in the metal of your choice using the lost wax process

Granulation is an ancient fusing process

They are super lightweight and catch the light in a nice way

Cosmic Waves 18k and Fine Silver Granulation Ring - 7mm or 11mm wide Size:7 This ring is pictured 18kMy Cosmic Waves 18k and Fine Silver Granulation Ring has a lyrical dance of gold and silver granules peppering the surface with a double swirl of silver thread bisecting the surface of the band in an undulating swirl. This is very similar to the ring I made during the segment of A Craftsmans Legacy on PBS a few years ago but with 18k gold granules of varying sizes in addition to the silver.
