Designed by Sanna Annukka, the Kanteleen kutsu (the call of kantele) print is a modern depiction of the stories of the Kalevala, the Finnish national epic. All the creatures of the forest have gathered, enchanted, to hear the joyful tunes played on the kantele by Vinminen, a shamanistic hero and the main character of the Kalevala. Vinminen had made his kantele, a type of zither, from the jawbone of a giant
