Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis 2024 750ml PROMO9 evolving into a rich tapestryThese vineyards are located on the left bank of the Serein Riverin, in the village of Chablis, the very heart of the Chablis country. Facing south south east, the vineyard soil is rich in calcareous Kimmeridgian clay dating back to the Jurrassic age. The vines are over 50 years old. Grapes are hand harvested and sorted. The wine is fermented in steel tanks, then left to rest on lees for 10 months.
