The drawstring is German parachute cord, the flaps are tan canvas, and the body is the typical horse cover color. The metal bits are all from German field gear. Probably something made very shortly after the war. It is in decent, but well used, condition. Has a few small holes. The left pocket buckle tab has come unriveted. A very unique and one of a kind backpack.
