staining and a big tear along the edge

considering how many repairs were made

The flashlight is in working order and the leather button tabs are in decent condition. There is also a little sliding stamped metal piece missing from the on off switch. It would have had a sliding cover plate. The latch closure should be a stamped sheet metal piece but someone made a replacement from thin wire
