This whiskey is a marriage of 21 year old bourbon barrel matured whiskeys and a selection of Spanish Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximnez finished whiskey. Taking inspiration from the atmospheric bodegas of the Andalusian region of Spain, the distillery team have combined the distinctive dark fruit
