Le Colombare Recioto di Soave, Pieropan, Veneto, Italy 12% abv 50cl Cider this Tomatin 12 Year OldLegendary Soave producer Leonildo Pieropan produces not just some of the best wines in Italy but some of the best wines in the world. The Recioto di Soave is made by pressing air dried Gargenega grapes which have be lying on straw mats for 5 months after harvest. This process intensifies the sugars and flavours in the grapes. A small amount of Botriytis affected grapes are also included in the blend. This is then aged for 2 years in large oak vats
