I would say it is likely very late 1944 or even 1945 given the amount of cut backs in manufacturing
it seems to have more of an Swiss / Alps look rather than a Bavarian look

It is in good condition overall, with light wear and staining. The marker folds flat for storage. It measures about 8 1 2" along the bottom and stands a little under 7" tall.
