Distilled in 2003, matured for 12 years in refill American oak casks and bottled in 2015. Bottled at a natural cask strength of 56. 8%. Nose: Smoky intensity with gentle, fresh aromas and a delicious cereal and fruit sweetness. Palate: Surprisingly sweet and oily, with a rising smoky pungency.
