I would guess this to be a vintage size 16R or 16L (check above measurements to ensure fit as vintage sizes run smaller)

like it was stored in a very damp environment

The dress is quite delicate and I don't think I would wear it for much more than a photo shoot

There is also some wear and fraying along the white collar and a few loose threads

Pre War Wirgin Edinax 35mm Camera paper I would guess this toOriginal pre war Wirgin Edinax Camera for 35mm film. I did find this one in the states and it does appear it was made for export as the chart of the back is in English although the bottom cover latch still has A and Z for auf and zu. The shutter seems to be working fairly well but does stick a little on the slowest speed. The viewfinder doesn't have any lenses, but I don't see how they could have fallen out. I'm not sure if this was just a hollow
