The back side shows some dirt and wear, but generally this is a very good looking canteen. There are also a few small holes in the backside of the cover, which appear to be from wood worm beetles. The bottle is extremely clean and looks like it was probably never used. Ideal canteen for a mannequin. The strap is nice and the leather bottom is not torn, although I would not
