It is marked Markill Patent and " Walter Hofmockel 821" is carved in the lid. It is in decent condition. It needs cleaned and the gasket should be replaced. It has a some dents, scratches, discoloration and just general wear. The closure has some rust. Very useful for transporting various food stuffs.
