Naked Run Hill 5 Shiraz Cabernet 2019 thunderchild adapted in size and shapeThe Naked Run Hill 5 is a traditional Australian blend of two premium red varieties Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Clare Valley. The Shiraz portion is sourced from Hill 5 at Sevenhill and the Cabernet from a small vineyard at Watervale. Small parcels are fermented in open fermenters with a portion of this wine undertaking natural ferment. The wine is fermented for 11 days on skins then pressed to new and older French oak barriques.
