Light straw yellow and bright

Deep violet color that evokes its name

Ripe red cherry fruit is accented with layers of wild herbs

Not as complex as the port mourant or versailles single still releases

Riesling [Trocken] "Fio", Fio 2015 Bottle:12 we looked for the red-blendIntense, golden yellow color with an exotic bouquet. On the palate, this is a light rather than medium bodied, refined and elegant Piesporter with stimulating grip and salinity on the finish. More akin to Alsace than Mosel, but delicious nonetheless! Blind tasted; very pale colored. A fresh nose with a mixture of apples, pears and some wet stones. No wood. Med+ acidity, lean and a bit steely. Razor sharp. Focus and with reasonably low alcohol.
