Biodynamically farmed Sauvignon from the Lujan de Cuyo sub region of Mendoza. Fermented with wild yeasts in concrete egg, bottled unfiltered and unfined without additives save a touch of sulfites. The yeasty sediment, which the winery suggests being shaken into suspension, adds to the rich texture of wine. Natural yet clean and precise, a very well made wine.
