Cas' Amaro Porco Espinho Tinto Bannockburn it’s crisp and livelyCas Amaro is a family driven wine project with vineyards across Portugal, and their work in the Do (particularly at Quinta da Fontalta in Santa Comba Do) shows what this granite soiled, mountainous region can do with its native reds. The Porco Espinho Tinto 2023 is one of their newer releases in the tribute Porco Espinho line. This red is a blend of Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz (also known as Tempranillo in parts of Portugal) and Jan grape varieties.
